- Keep note of your tone: if you're happy with your tone, stick to your regimen. If you see any brassiness, use the bust your brass mask one extra once each week. If you're getting too icy and approaching a violet tone, cut down on the bust your brass routine for a week or two.

For Highlighted, Balayage, or Natural-Looking (Color-Treated) Blonde Hair:
- Every other wash, use Bust Your Brass Shampoo and Conditioner.
- Assess the tone of your hair and make adjustments (increase or decrease use) as appropriate.
